Refund Policy

At Tech101 Pakistan, we aim to ensure a smooth and fair learning experience. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are offered for course purchases.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any materials marked “non-refundable”
  • You are not enrolled in a bundle or discounted package, which is non-refundable

Refunds are only available for paid courses purchased directly through https://tech101.pk.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after course access
  • You completed a significant portion of the course
  • The course was purchased via a promotion or bundle
  • The request was made after 7 days of purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name and registered email
  • Course name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 working days.


Refund Method & Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank

Policy Enforcement

Abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeat refund requests, misuse of content before requesting a refund) may result in account suspension.


Policy Changes

Tech101 Pakistan reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
